We believe that keeping employee Time and Attendance records on paper or in Excel is laborious, time consuming, and – above all – prone to error. It is probably even more tedious to play a role of a supervisor and monitor your employees whether they come to work on time, are late from lunch or conduct all kinds of personal errands during their working hours.

The solution for you is MiniRIS, a simple and reliable Attendance Management system, adapted to the needs of small businesses in Slovenia.

We have created dedicated Time and Attendance registration packages for small Slovenian companies. Solutions used by large Slovenian companies and institutions are now available in a downsized format thus becoming available to small businesses.

In order to simplify your getting started process, MiniRIS is available as a cloud solution, which translates to lower initial deployment cost of the Time and Attendance system for you.

What are the features of MiniRIS?

Functionalities of the MiniRIS system can be stacked in Lego-style manner. We offer 4 predefined packages.

  • Time and Attendance registration

    Time and Attendance registration

    The most practical and simple method of registering attendance or "punching" is by using an ID card to register at a Time and Attendance terminal (clock). Employees register their clock-ins and clock-outs using their ID cards (NFC proximity badges) at the Time and Attendance terminal. Person in charge can view the clock-in clock-out records and rectify the data if needed.

  • Online registration

    Online registration

    Online Time and Attendance registration is primarily used by businesses with a small number of employees. Your employees can use their username and password to log into the system and register their clock-ins and clock-outs on the online Time and Attendance terminal. The online interface also enables them to enter any notes and a task description.

  • Infomat

    Infomat

    Infomat enables your employees to view their real-time attendance records and other data (balance of hours worked, leave utilization, personal data...) online.

  • Sick leave certificate

    Sick leave certificate

    Sick leave certificate processing enables the person in charge to copy the data from the sick leave certificate into the system, which then provides automatic calculation of wage types for the sick leave and the creation of a refund claim.

  • Student work service

    Student work service

    Student work service is an interface enabling the exchange of student work referral data between MiniRIS and student work service organization. Currently, the following organizations are supported: Agencija M servis and E-študent.

  • Export to payroll

    Export to payroll

    The export to payroll functionality supports the mapping and calculation of attendance records into wage types (regular work, sick leave, commuting, meals) and the preparation of a file to be ultimately imported into your payroll system.

  • E-permit

    E-permit

    E-permit supports the advance notice and approval of absences during working hours, as well as advance notice and approval of extraordinary work and overtime work. E-permit notifications are sent over e-mail, while all permit requests are available at a single place thus facilitating simple overview and approval.

  • Planning of leaves

    Planning of leaves

    Planning of leaves supports the advance notice and approval of all full-day or longer absences (leave, training, study leave...). Advance notice and approval notifications are sent over e-mail, while all requests and approved leaves are available at a single place thus facilitating simple overview and approval.

  • Project management

    Project management

    Project activity timesheet supports the entry of hours worked on different projects. It also enables you to compare the hours entered and the hours of actual attendance. Employees can enter the hours worked by themselves, while the manager can edit the data and also run statistics on hours worked by projects.

The price in the table applies to 1 employee/month (from 1 to 10 employees we account fee for 10 employees) and does not include package maintenance, hardware (T&A clock) lease, purchase of ID cards or system deployment. The prices listed are VAT excluded.
